Every three years, ATGENDER organizes together with a partner institution the large European Feminist Research Conference (EFRC), which represents one of the major opportunities for feminist, queer and gender studies scholars, activists, artists and policy makers to gather and exchange experiences.
ATGENDER is currently inviting bids to host the 11th European Feminist Research conference. Please find below the form and return it no later than the 7th of February, 2019, to info@atgender-test.wp.hum.uu.nl. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for your interest to organize this major conference. In order to make well-informed decision about the location and host of the next conference we would like to ask you to answer briefly to the following questions.
1. Describe your institution/network/organisation (its mission, activities) and also why you would like to host the next EFRC.
2. How many staff and faculty members are working at your institution?
3. What experience do you have in conference organizing? Please list the most important conferences you have organized.
4. What strategy will you use for funding the 11th European Feminist Research Conference? What kind of experience do you have in fundraising (please list examples of successful funding)?
5. What facilities do you have at your disposal for organizing the conference? (Please note that in Goettingen we have had more than 800 registered participants)
6. Is your Centre part of other local, national and international networks? Could you imagine to involve them in the activities for the conference, and if yes, how (availability of spaces, organization, etc.)?
If you have any partner organization/network confirmed, please include their declaration of intent.
7. How would you make the conference attractive for students and Early Career scholars?
8. How do you plan to make the conference inclusive and accessible for participants with disabilities and access requirements and scholars and students from underrepresented and/or marginalized groups?
9. Are you proposing a theme for the conference? If yes, what is that?
